HOW TO RESERVE A MEETING ROOM

To reserve a room, call the library or come in during our regular hours. Please have a few possible dates for your meeting so that we may be better able to accommodate you. The library reserves the right to move groups from one space to another at any time, and use of the rooms for library programs takes precedence over other requests for space.

PLEASE NOTE: The library does not assume liability for injury or damage to personal property which occurs as a result of the actions of the sponsors or participants in meetings scheduled at the library.

The room must be cleaned up and returned to its original set up and everyone must be out of the building by closing time. Failure to clean up after your meeting and/or to return the room to its original set-up can result in a refusal of room use in the future.
