PHOTO CONTEST
Submit a photo of yourself reading a book this summer
and be entered into a drawing for an iPod Shuffle 2GB!
Photos will be displayed on the library Facebook Page
and/or in the library.
Patrons are encouraged to be creative in their backgrounds by setting
pictures at vacation spots, famous landmarks, or in unusual settings. Remember to show the title of the book, if you can!
CONTEST RULES
1. Participants must be a registered borrower of the Sullivan
Free Library with a valid library card. (If you don't have one, you can
apply at either building!)
2. Submit photos to: ktraynor@midyork.org or drop off at either library. Include name and phone number with your submission.
3. All photos must be "family friendly". The library reserves the right to exclude any photos not considered appropriate.
4. Photos can be sumbitted ONLY the the person IN the picture, or in the case of minors, by a parent or guardian.
5. By submitting a photograph, permission is given to the Sullivan Free Library to use the photograph for publicity purposes. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian's permission to submit a photo. Photos will not be displayed or entered into the contest without permission. Forms can be picked up at the library, submitted via the library website at http://www.sullivanfreelibrary.org/EntryForm.html , or obtained by emailing ktraynor@midyork.org.
6. Participants may submit up to three entries per person.
7. All entries must be received by Tuesday, August 31 at 8pm. The drawing will be held onWednesday, September 1, 2010.
